HOW WE WORK
At Buy Hotels Costa Rica, we stand apart in the real estate landscape by focusing solely on the buyer's best interests. Given the lack of a centralized MLS in Costa Rica, accurate market information can be hard to come by, and buyers often face the risk of overpaying or falling into bad deals. As a dedicated buyer's agent, our team leverages an extensive network of professionals to bring you the best and most accurate information available, efficiently and with complete clarity. Our role as consultants is to guide you through market analysis, coaching, and negotiation, ensuring you get the best possible outcome without bias.

We require a retainer and charge a fee for consulting and running property searches. These fees, or a portion of them, are returned and deducted from our commission if a sale occurs. The commission is split with the listing agent and is paid by the seller. This structure ensures that we are never working towards a sale that isn't right for the client. We do not have a bias towards any sale, company, or property. Having a retainer ensures that we are compensated for our services and that you receive our undivided and professional attention in all areas. We work for you and do not need to push any sales if they aren't the best option for you.

Our commitment is to take the stress off your shoulders, providing a single point of contact while showing you everything available on the market. This approach prevents the need for you to run your own searches and communicate with an overwhelming number of agents, all trying to push their properties.
